Working with a wide range of industrial partners, we have produced specialist parts for prototypes and also research projects.

Our size enables us to develop a truly personal service with our clients but with the experience to confidently undertake challenging projects.

We have a large, diverse range of equipment and machinery, meaning that we can take on complex projects that require multiple and unusual machining methods

We are highly skilled in:

  • CNC Turning - capable of 4 Axis machining with live tooling on our Doosan Puma 2500y Turn/Mill

  • CNC Milling - capable of 3D machining

  • Spark erosion - EDM, wire and high speed hole drilling (Down to 0.3mm diameter)

  • Grinding - surface, centerless and CNC cylindrical

  • Production Turn/Mill

  • Prototype components and tooling

  • Cad Cam - Design and manufacture

  • Tool Making

With experience in 2D and 3D designing we are able to offer complete component development.

From discussing your initial design and producing a 2D or 3D computer model we can if required produce a single prototype for development leading to production run.

Producing bespoke parts and tools that cannot be sourced.

Whether due to parts no longer produced or a specialist part is required, we can complete production of that necessary part.

We have manufactured reproduction parts and repaired broken and damaged parts for vehicles for example:

  • 1899 steam locomobile

  • 1937 Rolls Royce Phantom III

  • Various Hudson Railtons

  • Samson Steam Traction Engine

We manufacture Engine Stands, adjustable and rotating, all built to order, the one shown was made for the V12 Rolls Royce Phantom III.

We can remove broken taps, drills and bolts by EDM spark erosion thus saving an expensive part or casting from being scrapped.
